![]() The day/night cycle, for example, is still one of the best looking in a top down ARPG. The worst that can happen is sometimes a quest item won't drop properly, but all of these are well documented with easily google-able fixes. The game isn't perfect, but nothing is game breaking either. It's definitely worth a buy on sale if you dig the genre and don't mind a bit of old school jank. Rares, epics, and legendaries feel special, but you still find them enough, IMO. The mod makes Divine artifacts from the base game grant +1 to the mastery tree and +2 to the skill that's the most. See the screenshots for details on all 25 artifacts. I don't think there's a lack of monster density or good loot drops either. It has changes for the DLC artifacts, but the DLCs are not required. It makes everything faster enemies and you, attack speeds, walking speeds, DoT effects, etc. One nice thing about the TQ Anniversary Edition is that in the options menu, you can speed up the game (normal, fast, very fast). ![]() I've never used TQ mods, mainly because I rarely use mods at all (with Torchlight 2 and Diablo 2 being the exception, and even then I just use ones to embiggen my stash and in the case of D2 add a shared stash too). ![]()
